West Coast to West Coast features photographs of coastal scenes from the west coast of Sweden. The photographs were taken from various locations in 2023 between the months of March and May. Nathan Carl’s parents live in Holland, Michigan and the idea for the project was conceived after frequent visits to Michigan’s west coast. Get a glimpse of what you might find on Sweden’s west coast and see how it contrasts from what you will find here on Michigan’s west coast. The photographs presented were taken using either a medium format (6x6) analog camera or a digital camera. Each photo has been printed on 100% cotton fine art paper.
